Product information: 
 All prices are in euros, including tax and excluding shipping. We pay much attention to the proper indication of our pricing and product information. Yet it is possible that small differences www.lockdownshop.nl is not liable for.

Ordering: 
 After placing an item in the cart, you will prompted to enter your details and confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation email containing payment information and if you regret your order, your order we will no longer cancel
Confirmation: If your e-mail address is entered correctly, you will receive within 24 hours by e-mail confirming your order. That shall identify what you ordered. If you do e-mail confirmation has been received your order has not arrived. We invite you to contact us.

Payment: The total amount can be transferred through the ideal payment paypal or bank transfer. Once payment is received we will ship your item. If no payment is received we will contact you. If your address or email are wrong the order will be  cancel..

Shipping Information: 
 We use standard shipping and handling  of € 7.50 in the Netherlands. Most items are shipped in a sturdy box so as to damage prevention.We are not liable for lost or stolen during shipping, of course we will make every effort to mail away to hit traceren.We strive after receiving the paymentorder within three working days for postal delivery to offer (Sunday are not considered working days). This requires lockdownshop.nl not required. 
 The final delivery is 7 to 9 days after receiving payment, excluding orders where the customer has indicated later to receive. If it is not possible an order within 7 to 9 days to provide the customer with timely and informed he has the right to cancel his order without charge. If the ordered products do not meet the expectations, they can be returned in the condition and packaging in which it was received with the original labels. Returns must be made within four days of receipt to be reported by email. Returns must be made within a period not exceeding fourteen days to be received by us

10. The costs for return are for own account. Unstamped returns are not accepted.
11. For a return the purchase price as soon as possible, within 30 days of receipt of the returned shipment.
